    Product Description

GMX1777 is a prodrug form of the nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (Nampt) inhibitor CHS-828 (Item No. 11021).1 Intravenous administration of GMX1777 (75 and 150 mg/kg) reduces NAD+ levels in tumors, but not muscle tissue, in a DMS 273 lung cancer mouse xenograft model. GMX1777 (50 mg/kg per day), in combination with radiation, decreases tumor diameter and microvessel density in C666-1 nasopharyngeal and FaDu head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) mouse xenograft models.2
