    Product Description

    L-K6L9 is a cytolytic peptide composed of L-isomers of leucine and lysine.1 It is cytotoxic to LNCaP-CL1 androgen-independent, as well as 22Rv1 and LNCaP androgen-dependent, human prostate cancer cells (LC50s = 4, 4, and 6 µM, respectively), as well as non-cancerous NIH3T3 mouse fibroblasts and OL human foreskin fibroblasts (LC50s = 7 and 5 µM, respectively). It induces hemolysis of isolated human erythrocytes when used at a concentration of 100 µM.
