    Product Description

    Bactobolamine is an immunosuppressant.1 It inhibits IL-2 production by CTLL cells when used at a concentration of 200 µg/ml. In vivo, bactobolamine (200 mg/kg) prolongs heart allograft survival in MHC-compatible and MHC-incompatible rat pairings. It also prolongs survival in a rat liver allograft model and a canine kidney allograft model.
