    Product Description

    GNE-140 is an inhibitor of lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA) and LDHB (IC50s = 3 and 5 nM, respectively).1 It reduces lactate production in MiaPaCa-2 pancreatic cancer cells (IC50 = 670 nM). GNE-140 decreases proliferation in a panel of 37 cancer cell lines when used at a concentration of 5 µM.
