    Product Description

    MR2938 is an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE; IC50 = 5.04 µM).1 It is selective for AChE over butyrylcholinesterase (BChE; IC50 = >20 µM). MR2938 inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW 264.7 cells (IC50 = 3.29 µM). It reverses LPS-induced increases in NF-κB and NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) protein levels in BV-2 microglial cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM.
