    Product Description

    Semustine is a DNA alkylating agent.1 It induces DNA cross-linking in isolated calf thymus DNA when used at a concentration of 2 mM. Semustine induces cytotoxicity in three patient-derived astrocytoma cell lines in a concentration-dependent manner.2 It increases survival in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of brain cancer when administered at a dose of 30 mg/kg twice per week.3
