    Product Description

    7-acetyl Paclitaxel is an inhibitor of microtubule depolymerization.1 It inhibits calcium-induced microtubule depolymerization when used at a concentration of 10 µM. 7-acetyl Paclitaxel reduces the growth of J774.2 macrophages (IC50 = ~60 nM). It also increases the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and TNF in isolated mouse peritoneal macrophages.2
