    Product Description

    icFSP1 is an inhibitor of ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1).1 It induces condensation and phase separation of FSP1 in cells when used at a concentration of 2.5 µM but does not inhibit FSP1 enzymatic activity in a cell-free assay (IC50 = > 30 µM). icFSP1 induces ferroptosis in HT-1080 fibrosarcoma cells in a concentration-dependent manner. In vivo, icFSP1 (50 mg/kg) decreases tumor volume and weight in a B16/F10 murine melanoma model using human FSP1-overexpressing, Gpx4-/-Fsp1-/- B16/F10 cells.
