    Product Description

    SLU-10482 is an antiparasitic agent.1 It reduces the number of C. parvum parasites in HCT-8 cells (EC50 = 0.07 µM). SLU-10482 binds to human ether-a-go-go (hERG; Kd = 43 µM) to a lesser extent than the antiparasitic SLU-2633. In vivo, SLU-10482 (5 and 15 mg/kg twice per day) decreases the number of fecal oocysts in a mouse model of C. parvum infection.
