    Product Description

    33-BCRP inhibitor is an inhibitor of breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP).1 It sensitizes mitoxantrone-resistant H460/MX20 lung cancer cells to mitoxantrone-induced cell death alone and in combination with UV radiation. 33-BCRP inhibitor also sensitizes KB-C2 epidermal carcinoma cells overexpressing P-glycoprotein (P-gp), also known as multidrug resistance protein (MDR), to colchicine-induced cell death. It increases intracellular accumulation of mitoxantrone (Item No. 14842) in H460/MX20 cells when used at a concentration of 5 µM.
