    Product Description

NPD-2975 is an antiparasitic agent.1 It reduces the proliferation of T. brucei (IC50 = 63.1 nM) but not T. cruzi, L. infantum, P. falciparum, or human MRC-5 fibroblasts (IC50s = >6,000 nM for all). In vivo, NPD-2975 (50 mg/kg twice per day) reduces peripheral blood parasite levels below detection limits and increases survival in a mouse model of T. brucei infection.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
