    Product Description

    JPC0323 is a positive allosteric modulator of the serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtypes 5-HT2A and 5-HT2C.1 It is selective for these receptors over a panel of 21 receptors and transporters at 10 µM. JPC0323 (1 nM) enhances 5-HT-induced calcium release in CHO cells expressing recombinant human 5-HT2A or 5-HT2C. In vivo, JPC0323 (30 mg/kg) reduces spontaneous locomotor activity in rats.
