    Product Description

    GeA-69 is an inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 14 macrodomain 2 (PARP14 MD2).1 It binds to PARP14 MD2 (Kd = 860 nM) and inhibits PARP14 MD2 relocalization to the sites of DNA damage in U2OS cells when used at a concentration of 50 µM.
