    Product Description

    CU-CPT17e is an agonist of toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3), TLR8, and TLR9.1 It selectively induces NF-κB activation in HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human TLR3, TLR8, or TLR9 (EC50s = 4.8, 13.45, and 5.66 µM, respectively) over HEK293 cells expressing recombinant human TLR2, TLR4, TLR5, or TLR7 (EC50s = >100 µM for all). CU-CPT17e (5-40 µM) induces TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 production in THP-1 cells. It also inhibits the growth of HeLa cells (IC50 = 2.71 µM).
