    Product Description

WIC1 is an inhibitor of Wnt signaling.1 It inhibits Wnt signaling induced by the glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) inhibitor CHIR99021 (Item No. 13122) in a reporter assay using BEAS-2B cells when used at a concentration of 100 nM. WIC1 (1 µM) induces differentiation of, and decreases CHIR99021-induced hyperproliferation of, and nuclear phosphorylation of β-catenin in, isolated mouse airway basal stem cells (ABSCs).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
