    Product Description

MYCi975 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between Myc and Myc-associated factor X (MAX).1 It binds to Myc (Kd = 2.75 µM) and increases GSK3β-mediated Myc phosphorylation in a cell-free assay. MYCi975 (5 and 10 µM) decreases the viability of MyC-CaP and LNCaP prostate cancer cells. It induces apoptosis in a panel of 11 breast cancer cell lines when used at a concentration of 10 µM.2 In vivo, MYCi975 (100 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in a MyC-CaP mouse xenograft model.
