    Product Description

Erysolin is an isothiocyanate that has been found in E. perofskianum and has anticancer activity.1 It inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7, HeLa, A549, HepG2, and SW480 cells (IC50s = 1.62, 1.12, 5.22, 14, and 8.14 µM, respectively). Erysolin (3 µM) enhances arsenic trioxide-induced apoptosis and cytotoxicity in HL-60, U937, and K562 cells.2
