    Product Description

BDW568 is an agonist of stimulator of interferon genes (STING) and a prodrug form of BDW-OH.1 It induces STING transcriptional activity in a reporter assay using THP-1 cells (EC50 = 7.6 µM). BDW568 (50 µM) induces phosphorylation of TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1) and IFN regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) in THP-1 cells.
