    Product Description

    DLin-MC2-DMA is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 5.64) that has been used in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).1 LNPs containing DLin-MC2-DMA and encapsulating siRNA targeting mRNA encoding mouse coagulation Factor VII (FVII) reduce hepatic levels of FVII in mice (ED50 = 0.6 mg/kg).
