    Product Description

    SSE1806 is a microtubule destabilizer.1 It inhibits tubulin polymerization in a cell-free assay when used at a concentration of 10 µM. SSE1806 inhibits the growth of MCF-7 breast cancer, HCT116 colon cancer, K562 leukemia, and KB-3-1 and paclitaxel-resistant KB-V1 cervical cancer cells (GI50s = 5.02, 2.01, 17.74, 1.29, and 1.74 µM, respectively), as well as induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in HCT116 cells.
