    Product Description

viFSP1 is a species-independent inhibitor of ferroptosis suppressor protein 1 (FSP1; IC50s = 34 and 83 nM for the human and mouse enzymes, respectively).1 It induces ferroptosis in glutathione peroxidase 4 (Gpx4) knockout Pfa1 mouse embryonic fibroblasts expressing human or mouse FSP1, an effect that can be reversed by the ferroptosis inhibitor liproxstatin-1 (Item No. 17730).

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
