    16-Oxocafestol is a derivative of the diterpene cafestol (Item No. 13999).1 It increases cytosolic glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity and acid-soluble sulfhydryl levels in mouse liver and small bowel mucosa when administered at a dose of 10 µmol/animal once per day for three days.
