    Product Description

    Cayman’s Anti-His-Coated 96-Well Strip Plate is coated with a His-tag recombinant monoclonal antibody and blocked with a proprietary formulation of proteins. The anti-His plate recognizes His tag-containing proteins with high specificity and binding capacity. This plate is versatile and adaptable for various applications, including but not limited to purification, quantifying His-tagged proteins in samples, studying protein-protein interactions, and monitoring of His-tag protein expression.

    Needed but not supplied: Please download the kit booklet to verify if UltraPure Water (Milli-Q or equivalent) or any other components are needed for this assay.
