    Product Description

    9322-O16B is an ionizable cationic lipid.1 It has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro. LNPs containing 9322-O16B and encapsulating mRNA encoding chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) have been used in the generation of anti-CD19 CAR macrophages with anticancer activity.
