    Product Description

    NM-3 is a synthetic isocoumarin and an inhibitor of angiogenesis.1 It inhibits S180 cell-induced angiogenesis in an implanted dorsal air sac in mice when administered at doses of 1, 3, and 10 mg/kg. NM-3 (10, 20, and 40 mg/kg) induces intratumoral apoptosis and reduces tumor microvascular density in an SGC-7901 gastric cancer mouse xenograft model.2 It decreases renal levels of VEGF, TGF-β1, and angiopoietin-2 (ANG-2) and renal fibrosis in the db/db transgenic mouse model of diabetes when administered at a dose of 100 mg/kg.3
