    Product Description

LN6023 is an agonist of chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 7 (CXCR7).1 It induces β-arrestin recruitment in a reporter assay using HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR7 (EC50 = 3.5 µM) but not in HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR4. LN6023 (100 µM) reduces surface levels of P-selectin in isolated and washed human platelets.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
