    Product Description

    SEN-177 is a glutaminyl cyclase inhibitor (IC50 = 53 nM).1 It reduces polyglutamine aggregation in HeLa cells expressing EGFP-HTT-Q74, an in vitro model of Huntington’s disease when used at concentrations of 12.5 and 25 µM.2 SEN-177 (50 µM) reduces polyglutamine aggregation in primary mouse neurons expressing EGFP-Q80.
