    Product Description

TH-1760 is an inhibitor of nucleotide triphosphate diphosphatase NUDT15 (IC50 = 25 nM).1 It is selective for NUDT15 over a panel of additional Nudix family hydrolases and nucleotide pyrophosphatases at 100 µM, as well as a panel of 44 kinases at 10 µM. TH-1760 enhances thiopurine-induced cell death in NB4 and HL-60 cancer cells in a NUDT15-dependent manner.

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
