    Product Description

    JHU083 is a prodrug form of the glutaminase inhibitor 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-nor-leucine (Item No. 17580).1 It decreases tumor volume, increases tumor microenvironment (TME) levels of Tnf-secreting macrophages, and increases survival in a B6CaP murine prostate cancer model.1 JHU083 increases tumor infiltration by Cd8+ T cells in a UN-SCC680 murine lung squamous cell carcinoma model.2 It also reduces granuloma area and lung weight and increases survival in M. tuberculosis-infected mice.3
