    Product Description

    Radulone A is a sesquiterpene fungal metabolite originally isolated from R. confluens that has diverse biological activities.1 It is active against eight bacterial strains (MICs = 41-406 µM). Radulone A inhibits ADP-, collagen-, arachidonic acid-, or phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate-induced aggregation of isolated human platelets (IC50 = 2, 28, 53, and 38 µM, respectively). It induces cytotoxicity in L1210 skin lymphocytic leukemia, HL-60 promyeoloblast leukemia, and HeLa cervical cancer cells and COS-7 kidney fibroblasts (IC50s = 1, 2, 20, and 16 µM).
