    CVN293 is an inhibitor of the two-pore domain potassium channel K2P13.1/THIK1 (IC50 = 49 nM).1 It is selective for K2P13.1/THIK1 over K2P6.1/TWIK2 and K2P2.1/TREK-1 channels (IC50s = >30,000 nM for both). CVN293 inhibits NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome-mediated IL-1ß production in LPS-stimulated primary neonatal murine microglia (IC50 = 24 nM).
