    Product Description

    L82-G17 is an uncompetitive inhibitor of DNA ligase I.1 It increases the retention of DNA ligase I, but not DNA ligase III, on nicked DNA-coated beads in a cell-free assay, as well as decreases the proliferation of HeLa cells when used at a concentration of 20 µM.
