    Product Description

Nuclear receptor subfamily 6 group A member 1 (NR6A1) is a nuclear receptor transcriptional repressor.1,2 NR6A1 primarily is expressed in early embryonic development but it is also expressed in developing spermatid cells in testes and pre-meiotic ovaries.3 Nr6a1 homodimers regulate trunk vertebrae number, trunk elongation, and sacral development, as well as promote neuron-related gene expression in neuromesodermal progenitors, during mouse embryonic development.2 Deletion of Nr6a1 is embryonically lethal in mice. Cayman’s NR6A1 (human, recombinant) protein consists of 479 amino acids and has a calculated molecular weight of 54.42 kDa.
