    Product Description

BAY-2433334 is an inhibitor of Factor XIa (IC50 = 0.92 nM).1 It is greater than 1,000-fold selective for Factor Xa over FVIIa, FIXa, FXa, thrombin, urokinase, tissue plasminogen activator, and plasmin. BAY-2433334 increases clotting time in isolated human plasma (EC150 = 0.2 µM). In vivo, BAY-2433334 (10 and 30 mg/kg) reduces thrombus weight in a rabbit model of thrombosis induced by ferric chloride injury of the carotid artery.
