    TP-021 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between Bcl-6 and Bcl-6 corepressor (BCoR).1 It inhibits the protein-protein interaction between the Bcl-6 BTB domain and BCoR in a mammalian two-hybrid assay (IC50 = 0.72 µM).
