    Product Description

UCSF924 is a dopamine D4 receptor agonist.1 It selectively induces β-arrestin translocation over Gαi/o signaling in HEK293T cells expressing human dopamine D4 receptors by 7.4-fold at 1 µM. UCSF924 selectively induces cAMP accumulation in HEK293T cells expressing human dopamine D4 receptors (EC50 = 4.2 nM) over HEK293T cells expressing human dopamine D2 or dopamine D3 receptors (EC50s = >10 µM for both) and induces β-arrestin recruitment in HTLA cells expressing human dopamine D4 receptors over a panel of HTLA cells expressing one of 320 non-olfactory G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) at 1 µM.
