    GSM2 is an inhibitor of γ-secretase.1 It inhibits the production of amyloid-β (1-42) (Aβ42) in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells overexpressing SPA4CT, which is a peptide containing the N-terminal signal peptide and C-terminal residues of amyloid precursor protein (APP).
