    Product Description

NFATc1 inhibitor A04 is an inhibitor of nuclear factor of activated T cells c1 (NFATc1).1 It inhibits RANKL-induced nuclear translocation of NFATc1 in RAW 264.7 cells when used at concentrations of 1.5 or 2 µM. NFATc1 inhibitor A04 reduces RANKL-induced differentiation of RAW 264.7 cells into osteoclasts (IC50 = 1.57 µM).
