    CID-5157334 is a surrogate agonist of G protein-coupled receptor 27 (GPR27).1 It induces recruitment of β-arrestin-2 in complementation assays using wild-type GPR27 or a GPR27-vasopressin 2 (GPR27V2) chimeric receptor (EC50s = 7.943 and 0.417 nM, respectively) but does not induce recruitment of β-arrestin-1 in the same assay or activation of the Gq, Gs, or Gi signaling pathways in aequorin-GFP assays. CID-5157334 is selective for GPR27 over GPR85V2 and GPR173V2 chimeric receptors at 15 µM.
