Product Description

Werner syndrome RecQ helicase-IN-2 is an inhibitor of the DNA helicase Werner syndrome protein (WRN; IC₅₀ = 100 nM).¹ It selectively inhibits the growth of SW48 colorectal cancer cells over DLD-1 colorectal cancer cells lacking WRN (DLD-1-WRN-KO; GI₅₀s = 100 and >10,000 nM, respectively). Werner syndrome RecQ helicase-IN-2 (120 mg/kg per day) reduces tumor volume in an SW48 mouse xenograft model.
