    Product Description

    SA-15-P is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interactions between lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3) and MHC-II and LAG-3 and fibrinogen-like protein 1 (FGL1; IC50s = 4.21 and 6.52 µM, respectively, in time-resolved FRET assays).1 It increases T cell receptor (TCR) pathway activation in a bioluminescent cell-based assay using antigen-presenting cells (APCs) expressing human MHC-II and Jurkat T cells expressing LAG-3 (IC50 = 6.95 µM).
