    Product Description

    Cannabis Lipid Residue Mixture (Item No. 41690) is a mixture of analytical reference standards containing compounds that can be isolated from plants in the genus Cannabis. The mixture contains the medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) 1,2,3-trihexanoyl glycerol, 1,2,3-trioctanoyl glycerol, 1,2,3-tridecanoyl glycerol, and 1,2,3-trilauroyl glycerol, as well as vitamin E acetate, also known as (+)-α-tocopherol acetate. The mixture is supplied in an amber ampule in which the headspace has been purged with argon. It is designed for use in method development and as a reference standard for these substances during routine analytical checks using HPLC and GC-MS instrumentation. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
