    Dxd is a derivative of the DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan (Item No. 35452) and a cytotoxic agent that has been used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).1 It has been used in the synthesis of ADCs targeting HER2 with anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo.
