    Product Description

    Betazole is a histamine H2 receptor agonist.1 It induces acid secretion in isolated human gastric glands (EC50 = 120 µM), an effect mediated by histamine H2 receptors. Betazole (3-10 mg/kg) increases pepsin and acid levels in gastric juice in dogs.2
