    Product Description

    DC-U4106 is an inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 8 (USP8; IC50 = 1.2 µM).1 It is selective for USP8 over USP2 and USP7 (IC50s = 58.4 and >100 µM, respectively). DC-U4106 (1-5 µM) induces apoptosis in, and inhibits colony formation by, MCF-7 breast cancer cells. In vivo, DC-U4106 (20 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an MCF-7 mouse xenograft model.
