    Product Description

    DS-3032 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between murine double minute 2 (MDM2) and p53.1 It induces apoptosis in WaGa and PeTa Merkel cell carcinoma cells when used at a concentration of 100 nM. DS-3032 (1 µM) decreases the viability of p53 wild-type MKL-1 cells but not p53 knockout MLK-1 cells. In vivo, DS-3032 (100 mg/kg per day) reduces tumor volume and increases survival in a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) mouse model of Merkel cell carcinoma.
