    Product Description

SP-13786 is an inhibitor of the protease fibroblast activation protein (FAP; IC50 = 3.2 nM).1 It is selective for FAP over prolyl endopeptidase, dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4), DPP-9, and DPP-2 (IC50s = >1.8, >100, >12.5, and >100 µM, respectively). Nanoliposomes containing a PEGylated form of SP-13786 have been used to target cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in vitro and in vivo.2
