    CM11 is a homodimeric proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) composed of two molecules of the von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) E3 ligase ligand VH 032 (Item No. 39982) linked by a PEG linker.1 It selectively induces the degradation of the long isoform of VHL, pVHL30, over the short isoform, pVHL19, and a panel of 6,449 proteins in HeLa cells at 1 µM but does decrease protein levels of cullin 2 (Cul-2).
