    Product Description

    CP-LC-0743 is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of circular RNA (circRNA) and mRNA in vivo.1,2 Intramuscular administration of LNPs containing CP-LC-0743 and encapsulating circRNA encoding a luciferase reporter induces luciferase expression in mice.1 Intramuscular administration of LNPs containing CP-LC-0743 and encapsulating mRNA encoding severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike glycoprotein induces IgG and IFN-γ production in mice.2
