    Product Description

    CM-4620 is an inhibitor of Orai1/STIM1-containing store-operated calcium channels (SOCs; IC50 = 120 nM).1 It is selective for Orai1/STIM1-containing SOCs over Orai2/STIM2-containing SOCs (IC50 = 900 nM). CM-4620 (3 µM) decreases cholecystokinin- or taurolithocholic acid 3-sulfate-induced cell death in isolated mouse, rat, and human acini. In vivo, CM-4620 (20 mg/kg) reduces blood amylase and lipase levels and pancreatic trypsin activity in a mouse model of cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis.
